Girls Basketball (January 4 - February 28th) Online registration will open in December

7th & 8th grade girls are invited to join basketball. All home games are played in the Welches Middle School gym. The girls are divided into two teams – 8th grade & 7th grade. Depending on participation numbers, the 7th grade team may open up to 6th graders as well. This can result in some 7th graders playing up to the 8th grade team.

Be sure to complete the online registration with Arbiter Sports, submit a physical, and pay the $55 athletic fee prior to the start of the season.

Games are usually played twice a week, with practices on all non-game days, Monday through Friday. Practices will be right after school until 5:45.  A game schedule will be handed to the girls during the first week of the season.
