Welches Weekly Update - 11/14/25

Posted Date: 11/14/25 (9:00 AM)

WELCHES WEEKLY UPDATE!

NOVEMBER 14, 2025

Our Wildcat Wisdom Trait for November is Gratitude.

Gratitude means being thankful, and showing appreciation for people who are kind to you.
Students will spend time this month reflecting on all the things we are grateful for.

CANNED FOOD DRIVE!

Welches School will be having a canned food drive benefiting the Hoodland Community Holiday Baskets Program starting

December 1st through December 12th

The canned food drive is also a class competition! All elementary classes will be competing against each other for a class party (either popcorn or ice cream). For middle school, this will be an Advisory competition. The winning Advisory class will receive the coveted trophy and a class pizza or ice cream party.

Great food items are boxed dinners, cereals, canned vegetables, fruits, rice, dried beans, chili, tuna, peanut butter and soups. (No ramen noodles please)

Please make sure expiration dates are past January 2026 to help us create less waste.

*Hoodland Community Holiday Basket program is not affiliated with the OTSD
