WELCHES YEARBOOKS AVAILABLE

We are excited to let you know that Welches Yearbooks are now available for purchase.
 Yearbooks are $18.00 each.
 You can order your yearbook online by going to BuyTheYearbook.com (school code 734083) or by using the envelope we will be sending home with students this week.
 Deadline for ordering is May 15, 2026.

For 8th grade students and parents.....

The 8th grade promotion committee will be buying yearbooks for each 8th grade student.

We will get them to 8th grade students when they come in towards the end of the school year.

8TH GRADE FAMILY NIGHT AT SANDY HIGH SCHOOL

Sandy High School is hosting their annual 8th Grade Family Night on May 6th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm

If you have an incoming Freshman student for the 2026-2027 school year, this is a great opportunity to explore the building, learn valuable information regarding graduation requirements, athletics, clubs and activities, plus more! You will also have the chance to meet the high school Administrative and Counseling team members.

ALL SMILES DENTAL COMING TO WELCHES – WEEK OF APRIL 27TH

All Smiles Community Oral Health will be providing free dental screenings, sealants, and fluoride at your child’s school the Week of April 27, 2026. Healthy teeth are important to your child’s overall health. A dental screening is a quick look inside your child’s mouth to check the overall health of their teeth. Dental sealants are protective coatings put on the back teeth to prevent cavities and fluoride is a vitamin that is brushed on the teeth to make teeth stronger and prevent cavities.

8th GRADE PROMOTION – BABY PICTURES NEEDED!

 One of the favorite features of our 8th grade Promotion Ceremony is the Memory Slideshow. To make it special, we need pictures of the 8th grade students as babies or toddlers. Please send all digital pictures to our slide show coordinator, Stephanie Smith, at ssmith0811@yahoo.com.
 
 Please be sure to include the students' name in the subject line so we can ensure that every student is included in the slideshow.
 
 If you do not have a digital copy but have a hard copy of the picture, send it in an envelope, with the student's name on the back of the picture and on the envelope. We will scan it, and then give the original back to you.
 
 We will be communicating about upcoming planning meetings and promotion details in the coming weeks.

WELCHES SPIRIT WEAR

We are excited to be offering Welches Spirit Wear to Welches staff and families.

Welches Schools has partnered with BrewCrew Printing to offer a variety of Spirit Wear.  There are short and long sleeve t-shirts, shorts and sweats and hoodies, in a variety of colors and designs.

To place an order for Spirit Wear you will need to go to the BrewCrew webpage at

All spirit wear orders will be delivered to the school and sent home with students.

You can order items anytime during the school year.
